This meeting not only gives us a chance to see the property and discuss your needs but also to accurately price the service. A general rule of thumbs is that our services range between 35-50 a visit.
In this business relationships are everything. During our initial face to face meeting the homeowner should be asking him or herself:

Do I feel comfortable
with this person?
Do I want this person in my home?
Since this person may be representing me, do I like
his/her appearance?
Does the company have experience?
Have they been in business long enough to have
established a good infrastructure and a strong list of
reputable vendors and suppliers?
During this meeting we too are assessing compatibility.
We are asking ourselves if we encounter a problem will
the homeowner be easy to reach? Easy to communicate to?
Easy to solve problems with?
