About Key Concierge

Key Concierge was born from our experience that the area lacked a high-quality, trusted resource that could provide peace of mind to seasonal, part-time and even full-time residents.

Our home in Sarasota started as a vacation get-away and we often wished for a friend or a firm that could be our eyes and ears when we couldn't be here.

When we re-located to Sarasota after 20 years of international business experience, we were looking for ways to match our business skills with our knowledge of managing properties. Susan spent many years running divisions of large companies and knows first hand how to organize, manage and get things done. Ferruh was working for an international Press Agency in Europe then owned his own business specializing in telecommunications and computer training. And we both have lived around the world and have packed and moved more times than we care to count. Most importantly, we've owned a wide range of properties so there's not much we haven't seen or done when it comes to home management.

Doug McKenzie

 

Doug MacKenzie moved to Sarasota in July 2005 to follow his wife who had just been named CEO of Sarasota Memorial Hospital. Doug initially started a company called Sarasota Home Checkers but in April 2006 merged his company to Key Concierge. Doug brings an extensive business background in the construction and technology fields to the table. As an account executive for Key Concierge Doug manages both single family homes and condos.

Susan Sonnenschein, a native of Northern New England, attended the University of NH and the University of Maine at Orono.  Her professional experience includes real estate marketing, owning and managing a small business, mortgage banking, real estate investment and private chef.  Susan has a passion for fine food and wine and has frequently dontated services to groups, such as Strings in the Mountains Music Festival, Steamboat Springs Symphony Orchestra, Women's Council of Realtors (Naples, FL), American Cancer Society (Naples).

Matt Robinson joined Key Concierge after graduating with a major in psychology and a minor in business administration from Franklin Pierce University. Matt was the number one tennis player in the State of New Hampshire while in high school and a divison two player in college. Matt manages properties in Sarasota and manatee counties with concentrations in Lakewood Ranch and Siesta key. Matts motto is: "Its great to live and work in paradise!"
